2025 HWA Book Festival Vendor Table
*Vending at this event is opened to any book sellers and only sales of books (print/digital/audio) at this event are currently allowed.
You are purchasing a reservation for either a FULL or HALF table at this year's 2025 HWA Book Festival, taking place on September 20, 2025 and sponsored & hosted by Kona Stories and the Hawaii Writer's Alliance. Vendor prices vary based on membership level. 6ft table, tablecloths and two chairs per table will be provided.

SHARED TABLE - $30
Secure your spot and don't miss the chance to showcase your literary wonders in the heart of the HWA Book Fest. **Table spaces are assigned by the event coordinator unless previously arranged. Email us if you'd like to be at a certain table.**
